First time using this product. I used it on some heavy hard water stain on tempered glass surrounding a pool area. Property manager was impressed and I was able to charge an extra fee to clean up the pool glass!

As a newbie to window cleaning, I had no clue what solution to use for removing mineral deposits. I was spooked that my inexperience might ruin my client's windows with a strong chemical like CC550. I wanted something less potent but just as effective, and I went with One Restore.

I couldn't be happier! The mineral deposits just melted away and the window was left crystal clear. Not to mention that it was so simple to use! I made back my investment and more on my first job.

This stuff is great. I highly recommend One Restore.

Ok so I was a little scared to use this stuff. Haha did not want to replace the clients windows. However following the info in the forum and using it correctly the clients window came out great. They said it looked like when they first moved in there home 14 years ago. Thanks WCR!!

I have been using safe restore now one restore on window cleans and general cleaning water down one part one restore to three parts water.that makes nearly 4 gallons of cleaning soulouion .

This has 2 active ingredients that will get off the staining that the CC550 won't. I always use the CC550 first, but there are situations where it just won't work (the 550) and then thats when you break out this stuff and BANG problem solved.

This stuff works, but it isn't as easy as some say. Plus it smells pretty bad and you don't want to breath this stuff in. I would not recommend using without really good ventilation. It's definetly an "outdoor" chem for use on large hardwater stains. I used it on a shower door and the fumes got to me even though I had all the windows open and the fan on. I hear that it's a lot safer than some of the other stuff but it's still potent stuff that you need to be careful of how it's applied.
