Price Value Quality Second one I have bought. Tried other brands but Unger seems to be the one I keep going back to. I own a 24" and an 18" both perform excellent.

Price Value Quality very nice, the weight is great, I like the lock on the bottom of the handle it protects it from drops
only one thing I do not like is the oblong hole to lock onto the pole, I would prefer a round hole to cut back on the sloppiness other than that I would highly reccommend the Ninja.....(Posted on 9/10/12)

Price Value Quality I love these tools and use the handles and channels exclusively. They're so easy to change out I keep several nearby to scale up or down in size depending on the windows I'm cleaning.

Price Value Quality Almost everything about it is great,except one,the rubber locking doesn't work well,they kept slipping away from the lock position.Besides that,i love it.

Value Quality Price It was a bit weird at first using it, but OMG I love it now. I was an avid Ergo Tech user, but this one takes the cake. It really helps out with the inset windows.
