I remember needing service last year in July and calling a company. We were awarded a contract to power clean 136 town homes from a property management company. We had 1 business week to complete the work. I carefully planned for this job and rolled up on the first day to discover that although we had 2 machines ready to rock, I only had 1 x-jet m5 in the truck. How did that happen? I completely forgot to order it. Instead of panicking, I picked up my phone and was smart enough to have the WCR store programmed in. I landed a large commercial bid and scheduled it a month out. Thinking about how I was going to accomplish this job being a 1 man show ( I did tell the customer that the job could take me a week but that it would be done right) I decided I NEEDED a water fed pole set up to make this job WORTH doing.

I put in my order here at WCR. Being a cheapskate (low $ from ruthless draining the siberian-like winter here in the North East ) I decided to go with a tucker pole and upgrade to a better waterfed pole in the future as $ allowed.

What I didn't realize was that the Tucker company was not doing so well and they were making them in small batches and consequently shipping was often delayed, making for a 1-3 week(s) wait time.

Alex, co-top-dog, at wcr called me personally to inform me of the situation. I decided to swap out the Tucker for a 25' Ettore Aquaclean and he fixed the situation right on the spot.

These guys are in the office at 6:00 am answering calls and solving problems. I haven't seen any other window supply companies with anything close to this level of service.
