What happens after I pay my membership fee?

Within 2 days (though usually sooner) your application will be processed and you will be built into the system. Your store account gets moved into a special pricing tier in the store so you receive your discount and your forum account gets upgraded to include access to the member's area. Be on the look out for a welcome packet which will be sent to the email address you provided when you signed up. (Please check your spam folder if it did not go to your inbox.) The welcome packet will tell you everything you need to know about your new membership.


Will my account be automatically renewed?

As a standard protocol all WCRA and PWRA membership accounts are set to renew exactly a year from sign up date. You are always welcome to get in touch with us to cancel your account so you are not charged at your renewal date. I’m confused and I need some help. Is there someone I can call who can walk me through logging in and answer all of my questions?

Of course! We encourage all members to sign up for Onboarding Call. We will set aside 15 minutes to give you a phone call and go through anything you would like. Members in the past have used this to go over the process of logging in, how to download our marketing material, how to navigate the forum or how to make use of their benefits. Email wcra@windowcleaningresource.com to set something up or call 862-312-2025.


How do I get to the private members only forum?

To get to the private members only forum you would log into the WCR or PWR forum with your username and password. Once you join the membership if you have an existing forum account we automatically put you in the special user group to access the private section. There is nothing extra you need to do, just log in to get started!


So how many log ins do I need to remember? Are the store and forum the same log in?

There are 2 different log ins you need to remember. The store and the forum are two completely different accounts. The store is where you would log in with your email and a password. This is where you download marketing material. Window Cleaning Resource is where you would access the private forum with a username and password. Pressure Washing Resource is also a forum you would sign into with a username and password. Have trouble logging in or forget your log in information? No problem! Send wcra@windowcleaningresource an email and she will get you the information you need!


Please explain the printing service and how it works.

The At Cost Printing is a great resource if you want to get a great rate on printing services. If you visit the At Cost Printing page you will see a bunch of FAQ questions that we have added to ease member concerns and facilitate the process. Please familiarize yourself with the FAQ’s. If you still have questions about the process or questions about pricing, shipping, etc. please email Steve at WCRAatCost@qpsnj.com or give him a call at 888-679-7237. He is in charge of the At Cost Printing program for WCRA members and he is happy to help. Please know we offer more products then what is in our page--you can refer to the Quality Print Solutions page to see more products they can print!


Do you offer an editing service for the marketing material?

Yes, we do. Please follow the instructions on this page. All of our marketing material is completely editable to tailor your company information (logo, contact information, services, etc.) but not not all of our members have Adobe Photoshop or know how to navigate the program. If you want to take advantage of our free marketing material but do not know how to edit it yourself the editing service may be the option for you. The editing service has a flat rate fee of $50. Here is the steps to buy the edit service:


1. Sign into your store account here

2. Click this link to get to the edit service

3. Click the Add to Cart button and fill out your billing information

4. When you press Place Order you will be brought to a Thank you page--take note of your order number

5. Click this link and click into the product. Scroll down to where it says Edit Service Request Form and fill out the form entirely

6. The graphic designer will be in touch with you via email to share your first proof and have you approve it!


When I look up the marketing material it says “Out of Stock,” why is this?

If the marketing material is appearing out of stock it means you are not logged into your store account. You must be logged in to your store account to download material. If you do not know your log in information or are unsure of the process please email Jessica at wcra@windowcleaningresource.com


What is the general process for downloading things in the store?


1. Important: *Sign into you store account with your log in information.
2. Click on any product you want to download and select "Add to Cart"
3. Press "View Cart and Checkout."
4. Press "Proceed to Checkout"
5. It may prompt you to fill out your billing information but rest assured all of the downloadable items are free.
6. Keep pressing "Continue" at bottom of page.
7. Press "Place Order" at bottom.
8. We must approve it first. When approved, you can click any of the links in the automatic email that gets sent to you. You can also look under My Account and then My Downloadable Products in your store account.
9. Any problems downloading send Jessica an email wcra@windowcleaningresource.com and we will send you the direct links.


Is the WCRA and PWRA a joint membership?

In the past it wasn't but we have since rolled out a joint membership. Now when you join you get access to both WCRA and PWRA materials. That means even more benefits, marketing material, discounts and more!


What programs do I need to open the marketing material?

All files are completely editable. Most of the marketing material is done in Adobe Photoshop format so it is recommend that you purchase Photoshop. A lot of our customers have had a lot of luck with other programs as well. Here are some alternatives:

1. Anyone can download a free trial of Photoshop here, which is the best bet. Do so here.

2. If you prefer Photoshop Elements,  you can download a free trial here.

3. GIMP is free, so you can download the full version here; however, it's not as reliable as Photoshop.
 
Those are the top three programs that will work best. We also highly recommend the Edit Service where our professional in-house graphic designer can edit the piece for you.



Can I save a file even if I don’t have Photoshop on my computer?

You can absolutely download any file and while they won’t be able to open it, you can send it to their printer or someone else to have it edited. Some files are quite large so they may need to look into a program like dropbox or yousendit to get these large files to whomever they need.


How do I go back into my account to look at my downloaded material?

You can always go back and look at your downloaded material. If you log into your account and notice on the top left side there is a section called “My Account.” If you click “My Downloadable Products” you can refer to everything you have downloaded. Keep in mind you have two attempts to download the file before it expires. If you go past two attempts you will need to redownload them.


How do I edit my profile picture, signature, avatar or change my account username or password?

Sign into your WCR or PWR forum account with a username and a password. Click on your avatar and the little gear icon which will open up your preferences. There are a bunch of options to customize your forum profile including changing profile picture/avatar, adding an about me, and editing your email or password. Adjust what you need to do and then click the Save Changes at the bottom.


What are my renewal options?

If you renew for $99: You get all of the standard marketing and business resources as well as full access to the forum. You also get the standard 5% off all orders places at the store.


If you renew for $199: You get all of the standard marketing and business resources as well as full access to the forum. With this option u get 10% off all future orders placed at the store and free shipping on all orders over $99 going forward.
